Gratitude changes everything. It absolutely does! So, what three things are you grateful for today? Feel the appreciation in you, really feel it, and focus on the reasons why you are thankful for those things. No matter what is happening in your life right now, the moment that you can think of something that you are grateful for, you instantly feel better, because you are focusing on something precious to you, something or someone that means something to you, that makes you feel good, that makes you feel that everything is ok, and everything will be ok. Energy flows where your attention goes, so if you are focusing on what seems to be ‘wrong’ in your life, you will feel not so good, but if you can focus on what seems to be ‘right’ in your life, you will feel good! And when you feel good, what you look at around you starts to look good, even those things that you didn’t really like! Gratitude is like a magic wand, it transforms everything you see, because it transforms YOU! I love the quote by the late Dr. Wayne Dyer, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”. Gratitude helps you to change the way you look at things, it encourages you to be able to remain positive, even in a seemingly negative situation. If you cultivate a daily habit of being grateful, your whole life can change for the better! I know, because it happened to me!

So, what three things are you thankful for today? I love doing this exercise every morning, before I even get out of bed, I like to fill my mind with thinking about three different things that I am grateful for, and really feel it! This encourages me to start my day off on a very good vibe, which tends to make my day a lot more enjoyable because I am more inclined to see even more things to be grateful for! Try it! Forming good daily habits is one of the building blocks for living a happy life, and gratitude is definitely a great daily habit to cultivate! Yes indeed!

If you feel 'off', then turn 'on' the gratitude, there is always something to be grateful for.

So, what three things are you grateful for today? It has been my experience that if I am feeling a little 'off', when I can turn my attention to the things that I am grateful for, I feel better in an instant because I am focusing on the good that is my life! Try it, it works wonders!

So, what are you grateful for today? Have you thought of three new things that you are thankful for? I love the feeling that I get when I am starting my day, and I consciously think of three things that I appreciate in my life, really feel the gratitude for these things and the reason(s) why. Gratitude really can change your life, because it changes how you feel in the moment, encouraging you to focus on positive things that you like about your life, and when you practice an attitude of gratitude daily, it makes it easier to access a happier state of mind in the everyday moments throughout your day. So let's get our attitude of gratitude on guys and girls, it's one of the best accessories you can wear!

To be happy, look for things to appreciate, no matter what is happening around you ~ The Secret.

Every day offers us the opportunity to live our lives to the full, to tune into all the great things that life has to offer in all its amazingness! However, some days present more of a challenge than others, and sometimes it is a little more difficult to see the goodness around us, to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. Well, there is one sure way to make sure that we don't even have to be concerned about this, when we can focus our attention on what we are grateful for, no matter what is going on around us. How many great things do we miss when we are focused on 'what is wrong', imagine all the beauty that is there for us to see, we just have to CHOOSE to focus on it! It has been proven that being grateful for three different things every day for 21 days in a row has the potential to increase your optimism. So what are YOU grateful for today? Really feel your gratitude, write in your Gratitude Journal if you choose, or even just think about these three things in your mind, and allow that to be your focus for just a couple of minutes! It works magic!

Gratitude is one of the greatest daily rituals I have developed in my life, it turns what I have into enough, it encourages me to focus on what is great in my life, it helps me to be optimistic no matter what is going on around me, and it makes me feel so good in an instant! Gratitude really IS the way to bring more into your life, because your vibration tunes you into abundance, rather than lack. So, what are YOU grateful for today? Think of three things that you are really thankful for, and FEEL the gratitude, and why you appreciate them. Allow this feeling to bring you joy! And look forward to how this simple ritual can change your life!

My 21 Days of Gratitude

Hello ❤

I am excited to be starting another 21 day challenge, this time is is going to be #my21daysofgratitude! You know, research has shown that if you practice something for 21 days, you begin to form a new habit that starts to become easier to incorporate into your day, and you don’t need willpower to do it, it just comes naturally! Gratitude is one of the greatest habits that I have in my own daily life, it is something that I do naturally now, and I believe that it has brought many blessings into my life over the years. I do a Gratitude Prayer every morning, and you can also write in a Gratitude Journal, whatever suits you. Apparently, people who have practised gratitude for 3 new things every morning for a period of 21 days become more optimistic, no matter what is going on in their environment. Gratitude changes your vibrational frequency, it changes what you draw to yourself and it changes your outlook. So, let’s all be grateful for all the blessings that are around us, it really does make life so much better!
