So, what three things are you thankful for today? I love doing this exercise every morning, before I even get out of bed, I like to fill my mind with thinking about three different things that I am grateful for, and really feel it! This encourages me to start my day off on a very good vibe, which tends to make my day a lot more enjoyable because I am more inclined to see even more things to be grateful for! Try it! Forming good daily habits is one of the building blocks for living a happy life, and gratitude is definitely a great daily habit to cultivate! Yes indeed!
