What are YOU grateful for today? It has been wonderful to share these 21 days of gratitude with you all, I hope that it has been as enjoyable for you as it has been for me! It has really helped me to focus on all the things that I am grateful for, and it has encouraged me to incorporate appreciation into my life more and more. It really costs us nothing to be grateful, it is a priceless gift that we give to ourselves, and to others. The value that these two little words hold is enormous, and the more that you can bring gratitude into your life, the more your life will change for the better. I am going to continue to think of three different things every morning to be grateful for in my day, because I know that the benefits of this daily habit will produce magnificent outcomes in my life. What are you grateful for today? When we feel grateful for the small things, and the bigger things in life, we instantly transform our lives because we are declaring to the Universe that we love and value our lives and ourselves. When we feel gratitude, we feel like our lives are worthy of all these good things, and this attracts more of these good things into our lives! And guess what happens when we feel like this? We thrive! And when life offers us some opportunities to grow by way of challenges, we are able to more through these with greater ease, simply by consciously choosing to be grateful in as many moments as possible. Gratitude is the attitude that changes your mood, changes your feelings, changes your life.
What three things are you grateful for today? Have you noticed that being grateful helps you to change how you feel, which changes your behaviour and how you show up in life! It is absolutely incredible the effect it has on your day, and how you look at things in your environment. I know that when I am focusing on what I don’t like, I am in a state of resistance and everything seems negative. Whereas, when I am focusing on what I DO like, I am in a state of acceptance and everything seems positive. What changes? ME! We are all the central point of attraction in our own lives, so it is up to each and every one of us to do what makes us feel good, as much of the time as possible because our lives matter, our happiness matters! When you are grateful, you are deciding that your happiness matters, that YOU matter.
What three things are YOU grateful for today? When you are grateful, you are consciously choosing happiness, joy, love, peace and harmony in your life, because you are consciously choosing to focus on things that make you feel them! Life is a funny adventure, it will take you to wherever you choose, so if the picture that you are looking at is not pleasing to you, then change your outlook, look at something different! Everything exists in this world, BUT what you see is determined by what you look at, that is the world that you create. I know that life can be difficult at times, but if you can choose to look at what you are grateful for, even if it seems very small, it will make such a difference to how you feel, and what you experience, no matter what, and this helps you to notice more things to be grateful for. What are YOU feeling grateful for today? Three different things? Yes, no matter what is going on in our lives, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for, however small, however insignificant it may seem, if you can find it within you to feel gratitude for it, and for as much as you can, you feel different and you see things differently, which changes everything. The quote by the late Dr. Wayne Dywer … “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” … is one of my favourite quotes, it really speaks to me and reminds me of how powerful we all are when we use our minds to consciously focus on the good things in our lives. YOU have the power within you to change the way you feel by changing the way you think, and gratitude is a very powerful way to do this, you are literally saying to yourself that you can choose to feel good, no matter what. Gratitude works like magic in your life, it encourages you to look at everything in your life differently, even the seemingly difficult things. When we can be grateful for the big and the small things in our lives, it really helps us to feel uplifted, hopeful, inspired, energetic, happy, which helps us to feel different in the moment, which means that we are attracting more of these things to be grateful for! What three things are you grateful for today? Feel the gratitude in every cell of your body! When you are grateful, you literally change how you feel, which changes how you ‘vibe’, which changes your outlook, which changes your world, and you attract more things to be grateful for! If you are focusing on all the negative things around you, you will see a negative world, but if you are focusing on all the positive things around you, you will see a positive world. The more that you develop a daily habit of gratitude, the more that you will increase your ‘vibe’ in your world, and that is an amazing thing! If you can commit to being grateful for three NEW things every day for 21 days in a row, research has shown that your levels of optimism and happiness increases! Give thanks for all the blessings in your life.
What are you grateful for today? It’s interesting to notice that when you make gratitude a daily practice, and choose three different things each day, you begin to notice the ‘smaller’ blessings, things that maybe you would generally overlook. Like for me, this morning, I became aware of the beautiful birdsong that greeted me outside, in the middle of the rain. I was so grateful for the reminder that, no matter what is going on in my environment, I can still choose to ‘sing’ with joy. Life really is a reflection of how you see it, not how it is. That little bird uplifted me so much in the moment! So, notice how you begin to be aware of all the little things in your environment that you suddenly feel thankful for, it really is a beautiful feeling! May you be filled with joy and gratitude! What are you grateful for today? Yes, can you be grateful for EVERY part of you? I know that it can be difficult to accept every part of ourselves, and to be grateful for every part of ourselves, BUT if we can embrace everything about ourselves, we can love ourselves, and thrive! You are amazing just the way you are, and you have the potential to become an even more enhanced version of yourself, if you choose! But know that you are good enough, just as you are.
