Gratitude is the attitude that changes your mood, changes your feelings, changes your life.
What three things are you grateful for today? Have you noticed that being grateful helps you to change how you feel, which changes your behaviour and how you show up in life! It is absolutely incredible the effect it has on your day, and how you look at things in your environment. I know that when I am focusing on what I don’t like, I am in a state of resistance and everything seems negative. Whereas, when I am focusing on what I DO like, I am in a state of acceptance and everything seems positive. What changes? ME! We are all the central point of attraction in our own lives, so it is up to each and every one of us to do what makes us feel good, as much of the time as possible because our lives matter, our happiness matters!
