What are YOU grateful for today? There really are so many beautiful reasons to be grateful, and it is so good to focus on as much of them as possible as much of the time as possible! It has been proven that cultivating a daily habit of gratitude can greatly affect our mood, our optimism, our happiness. There are so many ‘distractions’ around us throughout our day, both in our physical environment and our online environment, catching our attention, and inviting us into so many different worlds, whereas, if we can bring our attention into our own world within, and what really brings us joy, what makes our soul shine, what makes our inner being glow with gratitude, we can feel so good! I feel so blessed to be able to share this platform with you, and it is my intention every day to be the joy that I wish to feel, and send this out into the world! I am grateful to be able to have this opportunity to share light, love and joy with you all, I am grateful that you join me here, and I am grateful for the gift of life today and every day, life truly is a gift to be embraced and enjoyed, in all the ups and downs of everyday life. Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life ~ Marci Shimoff, The Secret

What are your three things to be grateful for today? Have you thought about them, or written them down in a Gratitude Journal? Being grateful on a daily basis for even two minutes can totally change your life for the better. Doing this simple exercise every day for 21 days in a row trains your brain to be grateful more naturally, even in difficult circumstances. It is so interesting, it is known to increase optimism and positivity! And when you can focus on what you are grateful for, more things to be grateful for seem to appear, you bring more good things into your life! What three things are you grateful for today? I love that you are joining me for #my21daysofgratitude, and thinking of three new things every day that you are thankful for, and really feeling the appreciation! It is so true, what we focus on seems to become more real in our lives, so you might as well focus on all the goodness! Energy flows where attention goes, so I know that I am choosing to focus my attention on as much goodness as possible as much of the time as possible. I know that life presents challenges for us to work through, but when you can be grateful in as many moments as possible, life transforms into an amazing journey! Have a great and grateful day!

There are so many beautiful reasons to be grateful.

So, what three things are you thankful for today? Let me know! The happiest people I know are the most grateful people I know. Being grateful puts you in a good mood, no matter what is going on around you or within you. When you can find as many things as possible to be grateful for, you feel good, you feel happy, you feel calm and centred. It is amazing how powerful this one simple exercise is, it can change your life completely. It is worth investing even two minutes every morning, and thinking of three different things that you are grateful for, yes, even two minutes! YOU are worth it!

So, what three things are you grateful for today? Feel the gratitude, and say Thank You! I am reminded today of how blessed I am, and how precious life really is. Sometimes, I can take things for granted, but everything truly is a gift, from the moment I get up in the morning to the moment I go to bed at night, my prayer is ‘Thank You’. I am grateful for my health, my happiness, my family, my friends, I am grateful for all the goodness that surrounds me. I am grateful for all the goodness that is within me. I am grateful for love, love and more love. I am grateful for it all! … However, this doesn’t mean that life is ‘perfect’ all the time. Being a human being offers us lots of opportunities to grow and evolve into grander versions of ourselves, and a lot of the time, these opportunities may present themselves in the the form of challenges. Now, we can look at these challenges as obstacles to our growth, or we can look at them as opportunities to grow in strength, in love, in courage, in determination, in humility, in peace, in joy. When we look back over our lives, a lot of the time we can say that it was the most challenging times that made us into the people we are today! So, if we can be thankful for everything, I know that it can be difficult, but if we can, then the situation can help us to transform our lives and ourselves and bring us to new levels of existence within ourselves, it can bring us to beautiful places! Yes indeed!

Gratitude changes everything. It absolutely does! So, what three things are you grateful for today? Feel the appreciation in you, really feel it, and focus on the reasons why you are thankful for those things. No matter what is happening in your life right now, the moment that you can think of something that you are grateful for, you instantly feel better, because you are focusing on something precious to you, something or someone that means something to you, that makes you feel good, that makes you feel that everything is ok, and everything will be ok. Energy flows where your attention goes, so if you are focusing on what seems to be ‘wrong’ in your life, you will feel not so good, but if you can focus on what seems to be ‘right’ in your life, you will feel good! And when you feel good, what you look at around you starts to look good, even those things that you didn’t really like! Gratitude is like a magic wand, it transforms everything you see, because it transforms YOU! I love the quote by the late Dr. Wayne Dyer, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”. Gratitude helps you to change the way you look at things, it encourages you to be able to remain positive, even in a seemingly negative situation. If you cultivate a daily habit of being grateful, your whole life can change for the better! I know, because it happened to me!

So, what three things are you thankful for today? I love doing this exercise every morning, before I even get out of bed, I like to fill my mind with thinking about three different things that I am grateful for, and really feel it! This encourages me to start my day off on a very good vibe, which tends to make my day a lot more enjoyable because I am more inclined to see even more things to be grateful for! Try it! Forming good daily habits is one of the building blocks for living a happy life, and gratitude is definitely a great daily habit to cultivate! Yes indeed!

If you feel 'off', then turn 'on' the gratitude, there is always something to be grateful for.

So, what three things are you grateful for today? It has been my experience that if I am feeling a little 'off', when I can turn my attention to the things that I am grateful for, I feel better in an instant because I am focusing on the good that is my life! Try it, it works wonders!

So, what are you grateful for today? Have you thought of three new things that you are thankful for? I love the feeling that I get when I am starting my day, and I consciously think of three things that I appreciate in my life, really feel the gratitude for these things and the reason(s) why. Gratitude really can change your life, because it changes how you feel in the moment, encouraging you to focus on positive things that you like about your life, and when you practice an attitude of gratitude daily, it makes it easier to access a happier state of mind in the everyday moments throughout your day. So let's get our attitude of gratitude on guys and girls, it's one of the best accessories you can wear!

To be happy, look for things to appreciate, no matter what is happening around you ~ The Secret.

Every day offers us the opportunity to live our lives to the full, to tune into all the great things that life has to offer in all its amazingness! However, some days present more of a challenge than others, and sometimes it is a little more difficult to see the goodness around us, to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. Well, there is one sure way to make sure that we don't even have to be concerned about this, when we can focus our attention on what we are grateful for, no matter what is going on around us. How many great things do we miss when we are focused on 'what is wrong', imagine all the beauty that is there for us to see, we just have to CHOOSE to focus on it! It has been proven that being grateful for three different things every day for 21 days in a row has the potential to increase your optimism. So what are YOU grateful for today? Really feel your gratitude, write in your Gratitude Journal if you choose, or even just think about these three things in your mind, and allow that to be your focus for just a couple of minutes! It works magic!
