My 21 Days of Gratitude
I am excited to be starting another 21 day challenge, this time is is going to be #my21daysofgratitude! You know, research has shown that if you practice something for 21 days, you begin to form a new habit that starts to become easier to incorporate into your day, and you don’t need willpower to do it, it just comes naturally! Gratitude is one of the greatest habits that I have in my own daily life, it is something that I do naturally now, and I believe that it has brought many blessings into my life over the years. I do a Gratitude Prayer every morning, and you can also write in a Gratitude Journal, whatever suits you. Apparently, people who have practised gratitude for 3 new things every morning for a period of 21 days become more optimistic, no matter what is going on in their environment. Gratitude changes your vibrational frequency, it changes what you draw to yourself and it changes your outlook. So, let’s all be grateful for all the blessings that are around us, it really does make life so much better!
