What are YOU grateful for today? It has been wonderful to share these 21 days of gratitude with you all, I hope that it has been as enjoyable for you as it has been for me! It has really helped me to focus on all the things that I am grateful for, and it has encouraged me to incorporate appreciation into my life more and more. It really costs us nothing to be grateful, it is a priceless gift that we give to ourselves, and to others. The value that these two little words hold is enormous, and the more that you can bring gratitude into your life, the more your life will change for the better. I am going to continue to think of three different things every morning to be grateful for in my day, because I know that the benefits of this daily habit will produce magnificent outcomes in my life. What are you grateful for today? When we feel grateful for the small things, and the bigger things in life, we instantly transform our lives because we are declaring to the Universe that we love and value our lives and ourselves. When we feel gratitude, we feel like our lives are worthy of all these good things, and this attracts more of these good things into our lives! And guess what happens when we feel like this? We thrive! And when life offers us some opportunities to grow by way of challenges, we are able to more through these with greater ease, simply by consciously choosing to be grateful in as many moments as possible. What three things are you grateful for today? Have you noticed that being grateful helps you to change how you feel, which changes your behaviour and how you show up in life! It is absolutely incredible the effect it has on your day, and how you look at things in your environment. I know that when I am focusing on what I don’t like, I am in a state of resistance and everything seems negative. Whereas, when I am focusing on what I DO like, I am in a state of acceptance and everything seems positive. What changes? ME! We are all the central point of attraction in our own lives, so it is up to each and every one of us to do what makes us feel good, as much of the time as possible because our lives matter, our happiness matters! When you are grateful, you are consciously choosing happiness, joy, love, peace and harmony in your life, because you are consciously choosing to focus on things that make you feel them! Life is a funny adventure, it will take you to wherever you choose, so if the picture that you are looking at is not pleasing to you, then change your outlook, look at something different! Everything exists in this world, BUT what you see is determined by what you look at, that is the world that you create. I know that life can be difficult at times, but if you can choose to look at what you are grateful for, even if it seems very small, it will make such a difference to how you feel, and what you experience, no matter what, and this helps you to notice more things to be grateful for. What are you grateful for today? It’s interesting to notice that when you make gratitude a daily practice, and choose three different things each day, you begin to notice the ‘smaller’ blessings, things that maybe you would generally overlook. Like for me, this morning, I became aware of the beautiful birdsong that greeted me outside, in the middle of the rain. I was so grateful for the reminder that, no matter what is going on in my environment, I can still choose to ‘sing’ with joy. Life really is a reflection of how you see it, not how it is. That little bird uplifted me so much in the moment! So, notice how you begin to be aware of all the little things in your environment that you suddenly feel thankful for, it really is a beautiful feeling! May you be filled with joy and gratitude! What are YOU grateful for today? There really are so many beautiful reasons to be grateful, and it is so good to focus on as much of them as possible as much of the time as possible! It has been proven that cultivating a daily habit of gratitude can greatly affect our mood, our optimism, our happiness. There are so many ‘distractions’ around us throughout our day, both in our physical environment and our online environment, catching our attention, and inviting us into so many different worlds, whereas, if we can bring our attention into our own world within, and what really brings us joy, what makes our soul shine, what makes our inner being glow with gratitude, we can feel so good! Being grateful on a daily basis for even two minutes can totally change your life for the better. Doing this simple exercise every day for 21 days in a row trains your brain to be grateful more naturally, even in difficult circumstances. It is so interesting, it is known to increase optimism and positivity! What three things are you grateful for today? So, what three things are you thankful for today? Let me know! The happiest people I know are the most grateful people I know. Being grateful puts you in a good mood, no matter what is going on around you or within you. When you can find as many things as possible to be grateful for, you feel good, you feel happy, you feel calm and centred. It is amazing how powerful this one simple exercise is, it can change your life completely. It is worth investing even two minutes every morning, and thinking of three different things that you are grateful for, yes, even two minutes! YOU are worth it!
