What are your three things to be grateful for today? Have you thought about them, or written them down in a Gratitude Journal? Being grateful on a daily basis for even two minutes can totally change your life for the better. Doing this simple exercise every day for 21 days in a row trains your brain to be grateful more naturally, even in difficult circumstances. It is so interesting, it is known to increase optimism and positivity! And when you can focus on what you are grateful for, more things to be grateful for seem to appear, you bring more good things into your life!
